The first session sets the foundation to work collaboratively with your therapist to achieve symptom relief. Please allow 60 minutes for your first appointment.

It is difficult to assess how long therapy will take until you have met with your therapist and you agree on what you would like to work on in therapy. The number of therapy sessions varies from person to person. We provide both short-term and long-term therapy to meet your treatment needs.
