Psychologist/Psychologist (Supervised Practice)

Job Summary

ARC Psychology welcomes enthusiastic Psychologists or Psychologists under Supervised Practice, who are comfortable providing video-therapy, to join our team. ARC Psychology provides psychodiagnostic assessment and evidence-based treatment services to first responders, veterans, military personnel, and the community. We are looking for Psychologists with experience providing care to adults with a range of clinical needs including PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

Qualifications and Skills

• Ph.D. in Psychology
• Registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario to provide autonomous or supervised practice as a Clinical Psychologist
• A history of building strong relationships with an adult client population
• Ability to assess individual client needs; and to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans to address client needs
• Ability to conduct psychodiagnostic assessments
• Interest in working with first responders, veterans, and/or military personnel
• Experience working with trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to collaborate with community partners (e.g., WSIB Case Managers)

Job Type

• Part-time, with the opportunity to build to full-time hours, if desired
• Flexible working hours
• We are currently providing virtual therapy
