Do you submit direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross?

Yes, our therapists are registered as Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Medavie Blue Cross providers. We submit direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross. Eligible VAC, CAF, and RCMP members do not provide payment to ARC Psychology for services, and therefore, do not have to submit receipts to Blue Cross for reimbursement.

The Department of National Defence (DND) covers services for eligible currently serving CAF members and VAC covers services for eligible veterans and RCMP members.
